The last matches are played. The Season is over. The final Rankings are fixed.
It was a great Season! Ten of the worlds best Counter-Strike and Warcraft 3 Teams fought from may 15 to august 15 on nine matchdays in over 80 encounters to find out which team is the best beyond them.
But there is no reason to be sad! The games don’t end! Far from it!
The four best-ranked CS and WCIII teams of the season are invited to the NGL One Finals, competing for the prize money of $35,000 for Counter-Strike 1.6 and $16,000 for WarCraft III - The Frozen Throne.
The NGL One Finals are going to take place at the Games Convention 2006 from August, 23 to August 27 in Leipzig, Germany.
With the main partners CineStar and BenQ the NGL One Finals will be the successful ending of the first season, within the atmosphere of the biggest gaming exhibition.
More than 150,000 people are expected to visit the Games Convention 2006, which proved to be the number one gaming exhibition in Europe. For further information about the Games Convention please visit: www.gc-germany.com
For those who don’t have the possibility to go to the Games Convention, there will be of course a huge number of online coverages.
