Dear NGL-Crew, I hope you will not consider this as an offense in any way, because it is no offense at all.
It is rather constructive criticism, which every league should be happy about. So how to start, maybe a generall question;
do you care about the WPL at all? Having a look at your list of teams and afterwards having a look at the WPL Qualifier
i just get the feeling that your list cant be appropriate at all. Sure it is easy for you to argue with the well known fact of two
competely different playing-systems. Still you need some facts to base your deliberate decision on. So now people might
think you can find facts like these in the earlier mentioned WPL Qualifier, since the list of teams is quite similar. So let´s take
a look at some teams the NGL accepted and how these teams performed in the WPL Qualifier. First of all we have H2O, as the
tenth seed. Yes of course, they got the legendary Shortround in their team, but still they had a clear lose against CPG and
forfeited almost an entire clanwar against BVG. Next team is eXpertise, beeing one of the most overestimated teams altogether.
They proved this not only in the frequently mentioned WPL Qualifier, but also in the WC3L Qualifier. Last but not least,
you also accepted Micro Society to your Qualifier, which is, to tell the truth, a complete joke. In the first round of the
WPL Qualifier they lost 3:2 to AFoS ( a team most NGL user don´t even know I guess), not only them losing to this team
should be a clear sign for you to see that they probably don´t have the level for the NGL, they even had 2 defwins in this war,
still they weren´t able to take the victory home.

On the other hand there are teams like Legionnaire, beeing a WPL 2 and also a new TFL team. Also a team like nSt, newly
TFL and WPL 2 team, beeing able to take down n! in the WPL 2 Qualifier. Of course i also have to mention diamondZ,
even though you added them now, there sseed is clearly too low and it´s a farce that you didnt take them originally.
For these teams i surely know that they applied, so i can only criticize you due to them missing in your list. Other teams like
1fall certainly deserved a spot, I am not sure if they applied though.

I hope one of your admins has got the time and courage to answer on this quite long post.
All the others feel free to flame me for having too much time etc.

althought i love usa(nothing personal to my friends in msy) i have no clue why msy got accepted. That goes for h2o too, imo they have been under performing with the players they have. imo teams like nst or werra or pgs should have been in. (would have said dmz too but they got in already)

well i think that the team to take on the winner of 2nd seed vs 15th seed (apoc vs msy) will be pleased to see their bracket. Now the seeds are out so u cant change anything with ure long posts. We (H2O) are generally a lot better in the NGL-style format of league. If you look at our 3rd place finish in WHL you'd see that.

Werra is not wpl-2 champion, it's DI @ wicked now, then if MsY and H2O are here it's because NGL is a world league so they took teams all over the world, so they picked american european and asian teams, it's all.
they surely decided longtime ago how many european teams will be chosen, and for me nSt dont have the level in this qualif to be chosen like one of the best european team, even komacrew is better than them, besides they already played regular season and last qualifs as mymF. so expertise has been chosen to represent a chinese and asian team, same for h2o and msy who are here to represent american teams, i think ngl admins are already very nice to pick so many european teams. the only thing with i agree is about PGS, but if they didnt pick them they surely have a reason and i think the story about pgs - ngize is surely one of the fact of their choice.

#97 stop joking please, i just want to say you have not to whine about admin decision, i think you know ngl admins and they are not stupid guys, they know nSt is a good team and if they didnt choose them they surely have a good reason. and like i said it's really subjectiv to whine about teams like KC etc... when your ger squad got a slot.... so u already have a team in NGL2, maybe let the place of ur second squad for nSt, it will be very fair from you ;) i think 2nd squad should be the lastest team to get a slot and let place for team who wants to prove their skill. rE im sure that Paladyn is one of the eight best players in the world ..NOOOT. I think the teams and seedings are alright. Some teams couldn't make it since there only is 16 spots, but I doubt that any of the applying team that failed could make any difference.
Example: H2O has oldschool players that have been playing on a very high level. H2O might fall through as one of the worst teams, but on the other hand if Shortround and his fellows are in shape they could go far. I don't see a team like nSt surprise at all, even though they might be able to win vs H2O. The chances of H2O qualifying is way better than the chances I would give nSt.

I just used nSt as an example. There are many other teams in the same position as nSt.

I am sure the admins picked out the 16 best teams, and every team was discussed. Every team that didn't make it had the same requisites of making a solid application.

JustFan next time we chose the teams only if they ensure to play 4-3. Lyra got replaced by PGS due to missing organisation - that means no scheduling until Friday and no interest in showing up and do so.

.. replacing a team that wasnt picked as top 16, into a position as 11th seed.. thats what i call bad consious for not picking pgs in the first place. imo its just wrong to replace 11th seed with the 17th seeded team, and i dont think u wouldve done so if say team unknown hackers were the 17th seed :P - therefore i see this as a bad idea, but nevertheless its what the admins chose.

if the seeds were proper the 17th seed would prolly have been too weak to be taken as a serious challenge for a team with the 6th seed.. but i do however think that in this case its not like that cuz bioxar isn't the 7th best team in this qualifier imo..

now u can say that bioxar who has to face pgs, would rather have wanted to face the original team.. i guess thats why i feel its a bit tt for bioxar. According to the seeds bioxar should have an easier opponent, and be a huge favorite since its 6th vs 17th, whereas in the beginning it was 6th vs 11th.. i guess thats the only reason that i think its a strange situation, but i realise it is actually the right thing to do, just the seeds makes it awkward

There was problems between Lyra and NGL from what I can tell, and it seems nothing can be done unfortunately... I would have loved to see Lyra play this season, they deserve it, but there's no sense flaming each other over it if the final decision of the NGL admins is NO. Next season, they will just have to rape all :)
